We report an unusual case of perforation of the All tack distal end of the VP shunt into the bladder with encrustation at the tip.Cystoscopic removal of the migrated distal end of the shunt tube is performed.Cystoscopic removal is simple and avoids the complications of cystostomy.The various other complications are shortly reviewed.
